How you don't speak to someone...

So, you call a business.

You want to speak to the manager because you have problems with your sales person.

You find out the sales person is a manager.

So, you proceed to yell at the person who answered the phone.

Little do you realize, the person who answered the phone, is the person you need to speak to, but, since you are yelling at her, she isn't going to talk to you about it at this moment. Threatening to call the news station only ads to her decision not to talk to you.

When she asks your name, it rings a bell. Then she realizes, you are a friend of a friend that we did a big deal for, because, we love that friend.

Oh no. You don't do that. If "she" had known that "she" would have yelled back.

Don't yell at someone that you want to help you. Especially if they are good friends with who you work for.
