I am so tired of people not knowing how to do business

So. Here is a blog about it.

What qualifies me to tell someone else how not to do business?

I do business every day. With all kinds of people. Nice people. Rude people. The people you forget as soon as they walk out of the door.

They come in MY business. I want to do it the right way. To be nice.

When I go out to someone else's business, I expect to be treated the way that I treat my customers, with kindness and respect.
